Boondi Raita | Boondi Yogurt

How to make Boondi Raita 

Boondi Raita is a thick Yogurt mix with boondi which can be served as a side dish with Indian flat bread or rice.It is healthy and nutritious. Indian spices makes it aromatic and delicious. A parantha plus raita is a perfect combo breakfast for summers. You can use it as a salad dressing too.

Lets start with the recipe :

Ingredients :

Boondi Raita, Yogurt
Raita/Yogurt with condiments

For Raita (Serve cold) : serves 2

1/2 Kg  Dahi ( Curd / Yogurt )
Boondi Raita, Yogurt
Boondi ( readymade or can be made at home)
1/4 teaspoon Jeera powder
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Salt : according to taste
Coriander leaves or Cilantro leaves for garnishing.

Preparation :

Add curd in a bowl
Add salt to taste
Stir it well, if its too thick add some milk
Add boondi in it
Add jeera powder and pepper
Garnish it with Coriander leaves.

Serve Cold with all dishes.

It taste best with Indian breakfast i.e Aloo Poori/Puri.
