  1. Hi Ritu,

    Superb Presentation.

Your recipe of Punjabi Pakorda Kadhi is looking extremely delicious and difficult to resist the temptation.

The best I loved in your recipe is the use of methi and onions used as tempered.

I had learnt this recipe from Gujarati (guju) friends and they temper with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies.

Your Kadhi preparation is extremely splendid. Score full marks and very soon I will prepare this way..

Frankly, I am not so good in pakodra Kadhi as tried earlier as turn out soggy, very thick and unpalatable

Some recipes look so simple and easy to make, but actually it is not so. You need a good experience and knowledge to make a perfect recipe and ur this recipe is very perfect..and I am going to pin in right now as the best recipe of dahi Pakorda Kadhi
