How to make Raw Mango Chutney (Kacche aam ki chutney)

This chutney can enhance the taste of any food if eaten along as a side dish. Its yummy and delicious. It can be eaten with parantha's, rice or chapati etc etc. It can be served with breakfast, lunch and dinner. This easy and healthy recipe is all time favorite of all mango lovers.

Lets Start with a recipe :

Cuisine : Indian

Ingredients :

  • 2 Raw mangoes
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green chillies (Optional)
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder (Cumin Powder)
  •  1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
Preparation :
  1. Peel mangoes and take out its pulp in a bowl
  2. Add mango pulp, onions, green chillies and grind it
  3. Add salt, jeera powder, chaat masala and mix well
  4. Keep it in a refrigerator and serve cold.
