Sprouts Dosa | Sprouts Chilla | Sprouts Puda Recipe

How to make Sprouts Dosa | Sprouts Chilla | Sprouts Puda stuffed with Potato filling

This is another healthy and yummy recipe that can be served for breakfast or a mid-day snack. It is stuffed with potato filling and can be served with sauce or Mint Chutney. This is easy to make and has good nutritional value.

Lets start with the recipe :

Ingredients : 
For Sprouts dosa/chilla/puda : 12 Dosas
Potato filling, Potato stuffing

  • 1 cup sprouted moong dal (Sprouted Mung Bean)
  • 1 cup rice
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • olive oil / refine oil
For Potato filling :
Preparation for Sprouts Dosa/chilla/puda
  1. Wash, drain and soak rice in water for 4 hours
  2. Grind rice and sprouted moong dal  and make a batter
  3. If its too thick, add water and mix
  4. Add salt, chaat masala, pepper and mix well
  5. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, and spread it all over
  6. Put flame on simmer and pour sprouts dosa batter
  7. Spread it in a round shape and let it cook from both the sides
  8. Once done add stuffing to it and fold it
  9. Serve hot with Mint Chutney, tamarind chutney, tomato ketchup or sambar
