Aam Panna | Raw Mango Drink

How to make Aam Ka Panna | Raw mango beverage | Cooler Drink

This yummy beverage is best for beating the heat. This soothing drink keeps you cool in scorching hot weather. It has a cooling effect. Its an easy recipe made from raw mangoes. You can make a syrup and store it up-to 10 days. You can serve this individually or with food.

Ingredients : Serves 8
  • 2 large raw mango (Kache aam)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder (Jeera powder)
  • 8 teaspoons sugar (Cheeni)
  • salt according to taste
  • a pinch of black salt (Kala namak)
  • 4 teaspoon mint chutney (Optional)
  • Sliced lemon and mint leaves for garnishing
Preparation :
  1. Wash raw mangoes and roast them
  2. Peel off their skin and take out the pulp
  3. Mash it or grind it 
  4. Add sugar, cumin powder, salt, black salt and mint chutney 
  5. Mix well and refrigerate it
  6. Divide it in 8 glasses and add water accordingly
  7. Garnish with mint leaves, sliced lemon and some cubes of Ice
  8. Serve Cold

  1. You can store it in the refrigerator for 10 days and make it instantly when required.
