And you can't even imagine how easy it is to prepare. Sweet Potato salad is sweet, tangy and spicy with the flavor of Indian chutneys which makes it irresistible.

Ingredients : 
  • 2 sweet potato
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped green chilly
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon mint chutney
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Coriander and pomegranate for garnishing
  1. Boil sweet potato and cut it into equal pieces
  2. Take a bowl, add sweet potato, onion, tomato, green chilly in it
  3. Add salt, chaat masala, pepper, lemon, mint chutney and tamarind chutney in it
  4. Toss it well 
  5. Garnish it with pomegranate and coriander leaves
