How to make Vegetable corn tikki | Vegetable corn cutlet | Vegetable corn kababs

This is delicious and healthy breakfast recipe. It has nutrition of vegetables and corn.  It can be served with Mint Chutney and tamarind chutney.

Recipe Type : Breakfast, Mid-day snack
Cuisine : Indian

Ingredients : 6 Tikkis
Vegetable,corn and Potato
Vegetable, corn and Potato

  • 1/2 cup boiled corn
  • 1/3 cup chopped beans
  • 1/3 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/3 cup chopped capsicum
  • 4 boiled potato
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • pinch of pepper
  • olive oil
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation :
  • Mash boiled potato's and add salt, chaat masala, garam masala, pepper in it
  • Divide it in 6 portions and make a round ball
  • Add beans, carrot, capsicum and corn in a bowl, add salt, chaat masala and toss it well 
  • Stuff vegetables in a potato round dough 
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry them
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with mint chutney and tamarind chutney
