Recipe of Mix Veggie Raita | Yogurt with mix vegetable

How to make Mix Vegetable Raita

Vegetable Raita is a thick Yogurt mix with veggies which can be served as a side dish with Indian flat bread or rice. It can be served as a dip with bread or carrot sticks. It is healthy and nutritious. Indian spices makes it aromatic and delicious. A parantha plus raita is a perfect combo breakfast for summers. You can add more veggies in this raita or you can subtract some depending on the availability. You can use it as a salad dressing too.

Lets start with the recipe :

Recipe Type : Yogurt

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 kg or 2 cup curd (dahi /yogurt )
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 2 chopped green chillies (Optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • Salt : according to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation :
Raita,Yogurt,mix veg raita,dahi,curd,side dish,parantha dahi
  1. Take a bowl, add curd in it
  2. Add salt to taste
  3. Whisk it well, if its too thick add some milk
  4. Add tomato, onion, cucumber and green chillies in it, mix it with a spoon
  5. Add pepper in it
  6. Garnish with Coriander leaves
Note : 
  1. Yogurt consistency should be medium
  2. You can add as many veggies as you like.
