Samosa Stuffed French Toast

Recipe of Stuffed Samosa Toast

Samosa is an Indian snack which is delicious and one of the specialties in north. It is an Indian street food serve with Mint or tamarind chutney and can can be fried or baked with stuffing. Most commonly stuffing is of potato, but you will get other varieties too i.e paneer samosa (Cottage cheese samosa), mix veg samosa etc. The coating is of wheat flour i.e maida or whole wheat i.e atta. I prefer making whole wheat samosas. 1. Very very nice. This recipe is definitely for someone like me. I don't like to make the samosa wrappers and bread as replacement? what a clever invention. I am not a big fan of bread but my other half will super love these lovely toast with potatoes.
