Recipe of Ramen noodles in Tomato Sauce with veggies
I have always been fond of whole wheat ramen noodles and prepare it often and I was looking for a comfort food which can be easily put together and is quick and delicious. They come up with different variety like whole wheat ramen noodles, multigrain etc. This time I thought of making it in a different way. Most of the kids are fond of these ramen noodles and refusing them becomes very difficult. I have added lots of veggies to make it healthy and have chosen whole wheat noodles. I have given it some variations and have made these whole wheat ramen noodles in Indian style.
It is a quick dish which can be prepared in jiffy. It is a stand alone recipe which can be served without any accompaniment. If you like it spicy, you can add red or green chilly in that. If you are fond of tomato ketchup, you can serve it with that too. It is under 15 minutes recipe which is vegetarian and eggless. Make sure you serve it hot otherwise it will become sticky and you will not enjoy it. These Indian style ramen noodles are so delicious that you can't stop eating them without finishing the whole platter. If you want to have a quick scrumptious breakfast and don't want to have simple bland ramen noodles, you can make these noodles and enjoy the taste. Adding of water depends on if you want them crisp or soft. If you like it with gravy, you can add extra water and serve it when they are mixed properly. I have made it without gravy, I have cooked the noodles till the water is absorbed. Don't overcook the noodles so that they remain crisp to bite. If you are adding the vegetables in it, do try and cut them in the same size.
