How to make raw mango flaxseed chutney

Raw mango chutney, Kache aam ki chutney

It is a great side dish to spice up our food. It is an Indian chutney prepared by combining pulp of raw mango, flaxseed, onions and aromatic Indian spices.This chutney has sweet and tangy flavor from raw mangoes.
It goes well with fritters too. It is flavorful and easy. It takes few minutes to prepare it. It is simple and classic recipe.

Ingredients :
  • 2 Raw mangoes
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green chillies (Optional)
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder (Cumin Powder)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
Preparation :
  1. Peel mangoes and take out its pulp in a bowl
  2. Add mango pulp, onions, green chillies, flaxseed and grind it
  3. Add salt, jeera powder, pepper and mix well
  4. Keep it in a refrigerator and serve cold.
